The event took place across the beautiful Henfold Lakes site with dedicated riding areas, practice zones, and a race course through the surrounding forest trails.
What Riders Brought
Safety Gear (Required)
- Helmet (properly secured, mandatory for all races)
- Wrist/hand protection (mandatory for all races)
- Knee and elbow pads (strongly recommended)
Your Board
- Onewheel or compatible electric board
- Charger and any spare parts needed
- No "off-board" controllers permitted in EOL races
General Essentials
- Weather-appropriate clothing (the event ran rain or shine)
- Water bottle and snacks
- Sunscreen and rain gear
- Camping supplies if staying on-site
Race Categories
EOL Forest Race
Qualifying on Friday, Finals on Saturday. Riders navigated the forest trails at speed in this EOL sanctioned race.
Trick Competition
Saturday’s trick competition saw riders show off their best moves. Clinics ran throughout the weekend to help level up.
Flight Fins Flying Comp
Friday’s flying competition for the airborne riders. How high did they send it?
Mass Start & Chair Race
Sunday’s fun races. Mass Start for the thrill-seekers and the legendary Chair Race for those who enjoyed the absurd.
Registration
EOL Race registration opened at 08:00 on Friday 22nd August. Riders needed their ticket and signed waivers ready.
Reminder: All racers had to sign required waivers and adhere to the EOL Code of Conduct. Helmets and wrist protection were mandatory. See the Policies and Race Rules page for full details.
Social Rides
Holmwood Group Ride
Friday 16:00 - 19:00
A relaxed group ride through the Holmwood area. Great for meeting fellow riders and exploring the local trails.
Denbies Hill Social Ride
Saturday 14:00 (approx. 3hrs)
A longer social ride tackling Denbies Hill and taking in the stunning Surrey Hills scenery. Not for the faint-hearted!
